We provide personalised NDIS support services for participants across Perth's southern suburbs, including Baldivis, Rockingham, Cockburn, Canning Vale, Cannington, Belmont and surrounding communities.

Who we are.
Advocate Care is a registered NDIS service provider based in Perth, Western Australia. We're a dedicated team that genuinely care about the individuals and families we work with. We come from backgrounds in disability support, healthcare and community services, and we chose this work because it matters to us. Every participant gets to know us personally, and we get to know them.

Our approach.
Advocate Care focuses on delivering person-centred support, where each participant's goals, preferences and independence are at the centre of the services we provide.
We understand that no two participants are the same. Our team takes the time to understand each person's circumstances and works collaboratively with participants and their support network to develop appropriate support arrangements.

Accommodation &
Supported Living.
Advocate Care provides supported accommodation options for participants who require assistance while living independently. We offer Supported Independent Living (SIL) as well as accommodation arrangements with scheduled drop-in supports for participants who may not have SIL funding in their NDIS plans.
Our homes are located in accessible communities close to local amenities and public transport, helping participants maintain independence while receiving the support they need.

Working together.
Advocate Care works closely with support coordinators, allied health professionals and families to ensure participants receive the right level of support.
We understand the importance of reliable communication and collaborative planning when supporting participants, particularly when arranging accommodation or transitioning into new living environments.
Our team aims to respond promptly to enquiries and referrals and works with stakeholders to ensure smooth support arrangements.
